GutterShutter Lifetime Warranty
GutterShutter provides multiple guarantees on many features of their gutter system. All warranties are 100% transferable for the life of your home.

GutterShutter is guaranteed not to clog with leaves, pine needles, or other organic debris or we’ll clean it for free as long as you own your home.

GAF Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty
The Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty from GAF provides 100% coverage on the entire roofing system. Workmanship coverage is also provided and backed by GAF for 25 years (20 years on 3-tab shingles). This warranty is transferable to the next owner, should you decide to sell your home.
The Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty covers certain GAF roofing products installed on your roof including GAF Shingles, GAF Ridge Cap Shingles, GAF Starter Strip Shingles, GAF Leak Barrier products, GAF Roof Deck Protection products, GAF Cobra® Attic Ventilation products, and GAF-labeled Ultimate Pipe Flashing® with EasySleeve (manufactured by Lifetime Tool® & Building Products LLC). Misapplication of your GAF Products and flashings at valleys, dormers, chimneys, and plumbing vents (the “Covered Flashings”) is also covered.
